Located In Laragh, If you want to do some of the Glendalough walks then this place is perfect for those who stay.

This family run glampsite is set upon the picturesque 21-acre farm a short distance from Glendalough and close to many of the county’s top tourist attractions.

The pods are quite small, but the glampsite has everything from a dishwasher and microwave to fridge, BBQ amenities & more.

For those of you who want to seclude themselves in rurality, still close enough for pubs, restaurants and public transport etc. this Wicklow glamping experience is surely a fantastic selection.

2. Knockrobin Glamping

Perhaps one of the best-known places for glamping in Wicklow, Knockrobin is a firm favourite with many people. Situated immediately adjacent to the Tinakilly Country House, this location provides stunning views towards the Irish Sea.

Decorated bell tents with proper beds and hotel bathrooms. Although there is water and hot-water at the sites, you will also get electricity.

The glamping caravans are spacious and stylish, comfortably sleeping two people (note: good friends only as beds cannot be separated), peacefully tucked away on a private farm. There is also a beautiful communal seating area, as well a kitchenette and dining room for guests.

1. River Valley Holiday Park

While on the subject of unique glamping, River Valley Holiday Park is home to some novel accommodation in Wicklow even by this standard (photo above), right?!

Based in the village of Red Cross, this family park has everything from motorhomes and caravans to glamping accommodation.

There is something for all of the family, with amusements including crazy golf and pedal go-karts to enjoy as well archery sessions, pool tables. Couples on holiday may even find solace in a separate area from the ruckus.

2. Old Forge Glamping Wicklow

Step into the Old Forge Glamping Wicklow, a divine location which is situated in this lush corner of Mountains with breathtaking views over Lugnaquilla.

At this spot you will discover four yurts, alongside a bungalow with an individual campfire and BBQ region. The site also has a beautiful backyard bar area so if you would like to mingle with other guests, or maybe have a drink (or two) then make good use of this facility!

The interior is chic with sleeping quarters, a kitchen area and comes complete with its own bathroom containing a freestanding tub.

3. Hidden Valley Holiday Park

Hidden Valley Holiday Parks has one of the most tranquil views in Avonmore River, so picturesque that it gives every place inside a scenic view of its very own lake where guests can enjoy swimming and kayaking or rowing around while angling at Hidden Lake as well.

Glamping Would you like to spend the night in this cool Glamping Mini Lodge? Equipped with two double beds, a single bed and also belongs to an electric fridge, picnic table and a heater for when freezing.

Just to note there is no bathroom in this glamping lodge, but the amenity block with toilets, showers and sinks are just a few steps away.
